The B&H system is for authorized users only. Individuals using this system may have their activities monitored and recorded. Users expressly consent to such monitoring and are advised that if such monitoring reveals possible criminal activity, evidence of such monitoring may be provided to law enforcement officials. Individuals using this system without authority, or in excess of authority, are violating B&H policy and subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
